@BioMedCentral Mean follow-up 130 days and, ⬇️LDL-C: 254 → 127 mg/dL (−53.2%, 95% CI −61.1 to −40.9) ⬇️TC: 335 → 200 mg/dL (−38.5%) ⬇️TG: −23% ➡️HDL-C: −1.5% So the low-TG/high-HDL pattern of carb restriction stayed put. Only the LDL-C moved! https://t.co/lnxj9qqtuh
