Kids spend much of their day on screens. Common Sense Media reports that 8-to-12-year-olds are on screens for 5.5 hours a day; the figure is over 8.5 hours for the 13-to-18 set. 88% of teens have a phone. Half of parents with a child 12 or under say their kid watches YouTube
