Instead of Canada having it's own Energy East pipeline, we sell discounted oil to the USA then buy it back at a mark up. Despite an escalating trade war, the Canadian federal government still refuses to fast track this pipeline and reduce dependence on USA. Clearly Canada is https://t.co/ITUgksLRdp
