@EleanorTerrett @USOCC @FDICgov Good move. Vague “unsafe or unsound” language let examiners squeeze banks over legal crypto clients without proving lawbreaking or real financial risk. Tying the term to actual violations or material risk is how you unwind Choke Point-style pressure and restore due process.
