@MaxWarnerIFS The Department of Health and Social Care’s budget was not entirely without top-up in 2025-26. £400 million was brought forward from later years at the 2025 Autumn Budget. But the overall increase was far smaller than frontline top-ups in 2024–25 (£16bn) or 2023–24 (£8bn). [2/4]
