@Bob_Wachter @JAMA_current @ZekeEmanuel @vkhosla @nealkhosla @AbeBakerButler For blood pressure, the class labels actually are completely backwards. Control in the US peaked at 53.8% in 2013 to 2014. By 2017 to 2018 it was 43.7%. Falling, not rising. That is what human-led care actually ships for the most common condition in medicine I meet the other 56%
