What might have been achieved if the Juul 2 had been placed on the US market at the same time as the UK; September 2021. It took FDA 1,136 days to authorise Juul 2, 6.3x the statutory 180 day limit. FDA’s grinding process delays impose life-threatening costs on American citizens.
