I love AI coding agents. But there’s one behaviour I can’t stand. You ask Codex or Claude to make a change. It reads 12 files, writes a beautiful plan, and ends with: “Yes, this can be done. Deferring for later. No changes made.” Deferring to whom? I’m literally right here.
