@JoshWhoX I struggled with this since my 20s. Have your potassium levels checked. Anything can make it drop, even a night of drinking. My mother, my son and I have had issues with potassium. Low potassium can lead to a fatal arrhythmia. Symptoms are tachycardia and muscle cramps.
