@bethanymac12 @Ritholtz maybe. few thoughts, during the housing crisis, what was the rate of increase of the income of those mortgage holders on ARMs? how does that compare to the companies in the AI buildout? secondly, a major blank of this argument rests on OpenAi and Anthropic being privately held.
