@AbhishekJalan26 reason why we see fights on roads... taking 3rd party insurance claim is so cumbersome, that people leave ultimately.. Thats why they say, why i lose my NCB or increase my premium for your mistake? Only if this insurance claim & filing FIR would have been bit friendly process...
