I’m experiencing a slightly frustrating experience with @British_Airways today. Flights were cancelled last minute, it happens, but working through the reimbursement page is painful. Can’t use on mobile. Fortunately @hkanji the CTO of all airline issues is on the case. https://t.co/IPNEvGvM1Z
