Chile necesita más minería, no menos. Los incentivos importan: en el gobierno del Pdte. Piñera se legisló una patente creciente para concesiones improductivas, incentivando su liberación para que otros las trabajen. Hoy, un PDL del Ejecutivo busca eliminarla.
