Sky Protocol’s Stage 2 framework pairs permanent SKY supply reduction with continued reserve building. Each settlement cycle, 5% of Net Protocol Surplus is used to buy and burn SKY, while up to 50% continues strengthening the Surplus Buffer. @RuneKek explains the model ↓
