MSCI’s new proposal is gerrymandered to target Digital Asset Treasury (DATs) companies. It repackages MSCI’s unpopular previously withdrawn proposal targeting DATs - its principal effect is to remove two major DATs from MSCI’s indices and exclude future DATs from entry.
