Gran noticia que no sorprende,MONTECON retiró de manera irrevocable el arbitraje contra Uruguay por el acuerdo con TCP. No tenían razón y naturalmente desisten del arbitraje. El País ganó resolviendo el conflicto y evitando un juicio de U$S 1500 millones con KATOEN NATIE.
