@HopkinsMedicine "Human judgment" saving the day in medicine is the exception ... not the rule. The stories of "it was just my gut instinct to run the test, etc" that saves a patient are grossly over shadowed by a mountain of stories where patients are harmed by bias, dogma & sheer arrogance.
