I note that the litigious lunatic now owes @legalgengar nearly £40,000. An obvious Q is: why do @HMCTSgovuk continually grant permission to someone who has lost/settled/discontinued approx. 50-60 claims thereby forcing others to spend thousands? It's beyond disgraceful.
