We are very close to 7% mortgage rates yet again We've now had mortgage rates >6% since late-2022 And still no housing market crash I do wonder if housing is the shock absorber for the economy if/when AI causes an economic slowdown (and rates fall) https://t.co/j90iBr9xRX
