The mega rich don’t just throw money at SLF. That’s not how they got to be mega rich! They expect smart spends. That means they respect SLF finding value propositions. The problem with Texas is that it’s a money pit. Its vastness means it’s very expensive and SLF isn’t LUC-rate.
