@wayofftheres I was on a MAX SSRI dose. After 10 years, didn't much like it. I halfed it, halfed it and halfed it till I got to a 20 mg dose... then started skipping days, then skipping more days. Until I realized it had been a week since I had a pill. Haven't looked back.
