Closing in on 100 days sober and it's incredible how much more clarity I've found. Mentally. I am stronger than ever. Physically I've lost about 18 pounds of weight. I'm eating better. More meat and veggies. I feel great. If anyone's struggling. U can overcome it. Believe In
