Bana göre Atatürk’ten sonra o makama, Cumhuriyet’i ve hukuk devletini daha da güçlendirecek kimse gelmedi. Halk da bu tercihi yapamadı. O koltukta devlet yönetmek yerine Arap masalları anlatanları tercih etti. Sonumuz neden böyle diye sormayın; tercihlerimizin sonucunu yaşıyoruz.
