@shustry @ZelenskyyUa @TheAtlantic In your article, which is excellent, you might have mentioned that Russia had its airports in Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh and other big cities permanently closed since the start of the war. It's that the Russian elite cares about Moscow only.
