@MerPolTraffic Whilst illegal electric motorcycles are an absolute scourge, was this rider: causing a criminal risk to the public before first ordered to stop; involved in serious crime; involved repeatedly in organised crime; or damaging confidence in policing ? Home-visit safely instead ?
