@BrazilBrian @WSJForero I agree with you 100% But the return of Alejandro Betancourt as the oil tsar is very concerning. The deal oil is changing the dynamic a lot because Trump will have less incentive to allow for elections if there is a chance a new government will try to renegotiate the deal.
