@heyitsmeCarolyn @ValentinaElites Watching from Dallas — our black clay heaves and splits pipes in a completely different way than Florida’s high water table and sand. Those precast sections last 75+ years if the joints stay sealed. Corner lots always look worse because you’re tying two streets plus extra inlets.
