Since 2000, 20 QBs have been selected No. 1 overall. Fernando Mendoza becomes the 8th not to start Week 1. Most of those came early in the Millennium. 11 of the past 14 No. 1 overall QBs started Wk 1 (since Stafford in '09). Before that, it was 1 of 6. Different times. https://t.co/CGwdSVkYBt
