Norway, in partnership with Ukraine’s Naftogaz, has seized the Russian state-owned research vessel Professor Molchanov in Svalbard. The seizure was conducted as part of enforcing a 2023 ruling ordering Russia to pay $4.22 billion in compensation for assets seized in Crimea. https://t.co/b17gOJ9yRF
