With a 20 lb box of nectarines (from Azure) I made 4 pints of pickled nectarines, 9 half pints of three different jam prototypes, 3/4 quart of pickled nectarines sorbet and had about a dozen left to eat fresh. Amazing jam. Apricot used to be my fave but this is my new fave. https://t.co/QOqGUIbQmi
