I too used to look at 1.5°C above pre-industrial temps and think pffft, that's nothing. We'll get slightly warmer summers. Great. And then I started looking into it more when I saw the flooding, heatwaves, fires, crazy hurricanes. It was then I knew. I realised I was confusing
