@arg_endatos Sou brasileiro e posso afirmar: no Brasil é mais de 2x também. FGTS é só um dos custos. Tem FGTS, INSS, Imposto de Renda, seguros obrigatórios, vale transporte, vale alimentação... nossa legislação trabalhista é muito ruim!
