Set aside the emotions over Lindsay Clancy for a second. I have a genuine legal question: doesn’t forcing a jury to continue deliberations after two deadlocks risk them simply compromising out of sheer exhaustion and/or frustration? Is this a fair way to reach a verdict? I would
