The GOP Donor and Consultant Classes are playing a very dangerous game. A loss in Texas would be a catastrophic blow to morale before 2028, and mandate steroids for Democrats, who would smell blood in the water and Electoral College CHECKMATE. Forget long shots and shore up TX.
