@LeoShane @HouseVetAffairs @OracleHealth is one of the biggest health-IT companies on the planet. "We didn't anticipate the complexity" isn't an excuse, it's an admission they mis-scoped work they were expert enough to scope right. Veterans have waited since 2018. Show us the working system.
