सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि BCI को law students के विरुद्ध disciplinary action लेने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है. BCI chairman के दिन अब लदने वाले हैं, BCI के चुनाव के बाद उनकी बिदाई निश्चित है.
