This afternoon, I’ll have 3–5 minutes to inspire about 25 colleagues to begin—or recommit to—resistance training. I don’t want to simply fill the time with facts. I want to leave them with one idea they’ll remember. If you had those 3–5 minutes, what would you tell them?
