My appointment went well. Some damage, and a mechanical issue. Most likely due to years in the building trade. They might not be able to stop the clicking caused by the tendons, but strengthening exercises will help. If I get more pain, I'll need a scan. Overall, fairly positive. https://t.co/PSRKCRdQI6
