Los que si tienen que prepararse para el sufragio libre son los que se han acostumbrado a naturalizar elecciones "no competitivas" y a no reconocer la mera posibilidad de resultados adversos. Allà si hay un tema de preparación ético-polÃtica, y hasta espiritual. No el "pueblo".
