Extreme heat causes the metal on bridges to expand & cause jams which prohibits bridges from opening or closing. The CFD will assist our partners at CDOT in spraying cool water on bridges to cool the metal & facilitate contraction so that the bridges may open & close properly. https://t.co/0jz7h80LR9
