Waller's umpire is about as bad as Warsh's referee. The Fed isn't calling balls and strikes; it's MAKING the play. The Fed is LeBron, not the ref. LeBron can't win alone; he needs his team. The Fed needs markets, but at the short end (and at times the long end), it's THE star.
