After a 14 year break and never thinking I’d be able to run again, I started jogging for 10-20 seconds whilst out on walks a few months back… Fast forward to today and I’ve just run a sub 30 min 5k Can’t begin to describe how good it feels 😊 https://t.co/wO1qCfbZQI
