Pancreatic cancer has taken too many lives with too few options. FDA has approved daraxonrasib for previously treated metastatic disease. In a 500-patient trial, median survival was 13.2 vs 6.7 months with chemo. Progress matters. Access must follow. https://t.co/lJrIp1zUQR
