It’s Wild that this part of NYC has zero ALPR (license plate readers). A viral post claimed these were Flock cameras. Community Notes discovered there are no Flock cameras in NYC. Those blue dots mark surveillance tech, like ALPRs. So why are there none in the Upper West https://t.co/8Xk5oK4Agt
