The highest levels are in and around London. Camden, Barnet, Islington are all in the black; Westminster and Hackney are above 10%. You can clearly see the spread into Essex, Buckinghamshire, and Reading, all in the 10-15% range. 2/8 https://t.co/UMUXO5q7GL
