Congress should approve this immediately is one option. Another is that Congress already has a bipartisan bill sitting in the House since August 2025 that does exactly this, the CREATE Act, and it has never gotten a vote. The federal incentive that existed, Section 181, lapsed at https://t.co/L4GyrX5Q1G
