UPDATE on the Clancy trial : defense counsel says ONE holdout refuses to listen to the judge’s instruction on the law about reasonable doubt. The judge interviews quickly each juror and then refuses to remove that one juror. The jury has been sent back to deliberate further https://t.co/lQW7aBOlvx
