The DOJ has subpoenaed a major online hormone dealer, QueerDoc, and the Ninth Circuit, of all courts, has said the investigation and subpoena are valid and QueerDoc will need to negotiate a reasonable scope of disclosure with the DOJ. Part of the Ninth Circuit’s reasoning:
