Finished a $2M condo earlier to come do a $3M condo Both are purchases The $3M condo is being sold by a guy who owned it for just three years. He spent a fortune remodeling it…….just for his wife to say “ yeah turns out I don’t really want a condo…. I want a house.” Dude
