@ChrisDHWaugh 65k is not enough. There is no corporate in the east stand. The CEO has said we need more of them. Half of the extra 12k tickets will be corporate. There's a bullshit motion of keeping the capacity low to keep demand high. Make it 70-75k with low price normal tickets.
